Been trying to figure out whats wrong. If I disable the hlstatsx from sending rcon commands everything works fine, except the ingame commands don't work. If I enable hlstatsx to send rcon commands these errors are in the logs.

Can someone tell me if it is the webhost causing these errors or is it the gameserver?

It is unable to connect to that ip:port over tcp connect. Make sure the webserver you are hosting with has the tcp connection on that port open and available for communication.

If they do indeed, make sure your game server has the rcopn port specified as 27015 and not a different port than default.
