First of all, we are not a mod team (like Empires) we are working with a commercial licensed engine where we have written a whole bunch of extra's for, just for our game. Our whole vehicles code has nothing to do with that of Empires, it is completely written from scratch purely for our game.
16 versus 16 is the maximum as we want to make sure the game with the big size maps runs perfect on all systems, especially since it includes vehicles and other things aswell, which you wont see in games like CS:S or TF2. It also allows us, for a start, to optimize the maps for all systems (including consoles) and in our tests has been the best fit for our game.
Just wait and see
